Are you interested in taking a beginner’s class on sake or wine? Or perhaps a more advanced course? In cooperation with Aspects of Wine, an approved provider for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), we convene group classes for various WSET qualifications in sake and wine.
For example, I teach a popular 1-day entry-level course on sake, which leads to the WSET Level 1 Award in Sake. This course would suit anyone interested in learning about sake and how to enjoy it. So far, I am pleased to say, every single one of my students successfully completed the course and gained the WSET qualification!
