Another two persons one pot meal. Slow braised pork rib with Sichuan Doubanjiang - a hot and savoury Chinese bean paste made from fermented broad beans, chilli peppers, soybeans, salt and flour. Doubanjiang is characteristically used in Sichuan cuisine, and has been called "the soul of Sichuan cuisine." The added tofu and fresh edamame gives texture and fibre!
