Bringing a whole fresh tuna fish into a Japanese restaurant and with one of the world’s leading Japanese sushi chefs, MatsuyaSan, we are going to show how the filleting is done to an audience. Then, delivering a meal based on the freshest tuna you can possibly imagine using as an ingredient, DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from Italy’s top producers.

Our further aim is to match the meal with an exquisite selection of Italian wines, from a fabulous Prosecco / Spumante, through a white and red, and onto dessert wine from some of the best wine makers of Italy.

An evening of an unforgettable "samurai style" ritual and the pairing experience of food and wine.
